De Pan is an active member’s club that frequently welcomes visitors. These are often advanced players of different ages and nationalities who want to take up the opportunity to savour the atmosphere and take on the exceptional challenges of this course.

  • Presentation of a valid NGF card.
  • Minimal playing handicap of 24.
  • Non-members can play a maximum of 5x per year.
  • When introduced, the member of the club will have to participate in the flight.
  • Members can introduce 12x a year. Non-members may play a maximum of 5x per year on 'De Pan'.
  • The handicart can be reserved a maximum of 1 week and must be reserved 24 hours in advance at the caddiemaster.
  • Please contact the caddiemaster before your round or before you use the practice facilities.
  • Outside the established working hours of the caddiemaster, members with guests and individual visitors must register at the clubhouse at the bar. There will be randomly checks.
  • Hospitality rate is € 50.

Dresscode

The members of the Pan and guests are expected to dress appropriately. This applies both in the golf course and in and around the clubhouse. 

  • For men pants or bermudas (just above the knee) with ankle covering socks. For ladies pants / bermudas or golf skirts / golf dresses
  • A polo shirt with a collar and sleeves. For ladies, sleeveless shirts with collars are allowed.
  • Proper golf shoes or boots while on the course.
  • Sweatpants or other sports outfits such as tank tops, belly buttons and holey jeans are not as considered golf equipment.
  • Hats, caps and winter caps are not worn in the clubhouse.
  • It is usual to change clothes for awards ceremonies; jacket and tie is much appreciated.
  • Before dinner in the bistro, everyone is asked to dress at least "smart casual".
