De Pan is an active member’s club that frequently welcomes visitors. These are often advanced players of different ages and nationalities who want to take up the opportunity to savour the atmosphere and take on the exceptional challenges of this course.

  • The handicart can be reserved a maximum of 1 week and must be reserved 24 hours in advance at the caddie master.
  • Before playing, the green fee or the use of the driving range and practice facilities must be paid for.
  • Outside the established working hours of the caddie master, members with guests and individual visitors must register at the clubhouse at the bar. There will be randomly checks.

Dress Code

Members of the U.G.C. ‘De Pan’ and guests are expected to dress appropriately and look well-groomed. This applies both on the course and in and around the clubhouse.

  • For men trousers or bermuda shorts (just above the knee) with ankle-covering socks.
    For women's trousers/bermuda shorts or golf skirt/dress.
  • A polo shirt with a collar and sleeves. Sleeveless shirts with collar are allowed for ladies.
  • Correct golf shoes or golf boots while on the course.
  • Jogging trousers or other sports outfits such as camisoles, tops, navel shirts and jeans with holes, are not considered golf equipment.
  • Hats, caps and hats will not be worn in the clubhouse.
  • For award ceremonies, it is customary to change clothes; jacket and tie are highly appreciated.
  • For dinner in the bistro, everyone is requested to dress at least ‘smart casual’.
