Membership

Admission of new members takes place in the autumn, provided that places are available. Candidates can only be proposed by existing members of the club.

When a new admission procedure is initiated, the members of De Pan are informed in due course. They may then propose candidates from their own network.

Those interested in membership are therefore advised to contact members of De Pan they know personally.

De Pan offers an Expat Membership.

To be eligible for the Expat Membership, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Temporarily reside in the Netherlands and hold a non-Dutch nationality;
• Hold an official golf handicap of 24.0 or lower;
• Be temporarily employed by an internationally operating organization based in, or operating from, the Netherlands.

The Board of De Pan determines whether, and how many, Expat Memberships are granted per calendar year. Expat Members may be admitted for a period of one calendar year, which may be renewed annually up to a maximum of four (4) consecutive years.
